In the window, you can search address books for contacts and resources and auto-fill an input field with the related email addresses.
How to automatically add email addresses from an address book:
Click the icon in an editing window. This icon will be available in the input fields for email addresses, while:
- selecting the recipients when sending an email
- adding participants or resources to an appointment
- adding participants to a task
- inviting persons to a share
The window opens.
You have the following possibilities to find a specific contact, distribution list or resource:
- Enter a name in .
- To view the contacts of a specific address book, click on . Select an address book from the list. Depending on the configuration, you can select a department from the list.
- To only view resources, click on . Select .
Select at least one object. The selected items will be displayed below the list. To undo the selection, click on .You can also use your system's multi selection functions.
If required, repeat steps 2 to 3 to find and select further objects.
To automatically insert the email addresses of the objects selected, click on .
