Displays the content of the email that you selected in the list view. If double-clicking on the email in the list view, the data will be displayed in a window.
To display the detail view, click the icon in the menu bar. Enable one of the following settings: , .
- icon Changes the status from Read to Unread and vice versa.
- A picture of the sender, if available.
- SenderIf clicking on it, a pop-up opens. It displays information about the contact.
- Subject
- RecipientIf clicking on it, a pop-up opens. It displays information about the contact.
- Date and time of the receipt.
- icon Opens the email editing window for replying to the email.
- icon Moves the email to the Trash folder.
- Depending on the configuration, one of the following functions will be available:
- icon Opens a menu with functions for assigning a category or for managing categories.
- icon Opens a menu, allowing you to assign a colored label to the email.
- icon Flags the email.
- icon Opens a menu with further functions for replying to, forwarding or organizing emails.
- If the email contains external images, there will be buttons for displaying the external images, depending on the setting.
- If the email contains attachments, further elements are displayed:
- icon If clicking on it, the attachments will be displayed as preview or list.If clicking the icon or the attachments will be shown as preview or as list.
- Buttons that are used to apply a function to all email attachments at once.
- If selecting an email with an attachment as link in the folder, information about the attachment will be displayed at the top of the email text.
- Depending on the configuration: If available, the assigned categories will be displayed.
- Email textQuotes from previous emails are marked at the beginning of the line.If emails are shown grouped by conversations, only the text of the last email will be displayed. You can open or close a single email of the Conversation by clicking on a free area next to the sender.
