The icon in the menu bar opens a menu with the following functions:
- Adjust all settings
- Select a theme for the user interface
- . Defines the layout of the list view and the detail view in the display area.
- . Defines whether contact images, checkboxes or none of these elements will be displayed in the list view.
- Depending on the configuration: . Shows all items that have been tagged with a specific category.
- . Opens a window for adding additional email accounts.
- . Shows all email attachments that you have sent or received, in the Drive app.
- Depending on the configuration: . Launches a wizard for setting up local apps with which you can access your groupware data.
- Depending on the browser: . Shows an instruction for installing the groupware like an app.
- . Opens the window for configuring the inbox tabs bar.
- . Opens the window for activating and configuring a vacation notice.
- . Shows current statistics for your inbox: the most frequent senders, numbers of emails per week day, numbers of emails per hour
