Permanently deleting emails

You have the following options:
  • Permanently delete single emails from the trash.
  • Permanently delete all emails from the trash by emptying the trash.
Permanently deleted emails can not be recovered.
How to permanently delete single emails:
    Open the Trash folder in the folder view.
    Select one or several emails.
    Click the Delete icon  in the toolbar.If you have selected a single email, you can also use the Delete icon  in the detail view.
    Confirm that you want to permanently delete the selected emails.
How to permanently delete all emails from the trash:
    Select the Trash folder in the folder view.
    Use one of the following methods:
  • Click the More actions icon  next to Trash.
  • Click the More actions icon  above the list.
    Click on Empty folder.
    Confirm that you want to delete the content of the folder.
