You can filter existing emails later by applying a rule to an email folder.Note: Depending on the email server, this function might not be available.How to apply a rule to existing emails: Click the icon in the menu bar. Click on .The window opens.
Click on in the left pane. Click on .
Click on next to the rule. Select the folder containing the emails to which the rule should be applied.Note: Some actions can not be executed if applying a rule to existing emails.

- You can also apply a rule to existing emails while creating a new rule.To do so, click on when creating the new rule. Select the folder containing the emails to which the rule should be applied.
