.1Enter your current password in the "Old Password" field.
.2In the "New Password" field, either type a new password or use the "Auto-Generate" button to generate a random password.
.3If you manually enter a password, retype it in the "Confirm Password" field. If you use the auto-generate option, the system will automatically fill in this field.
.4Click the "OK" button to save your new password.
To ensure the highest level of security, the system enforces the use of strong passwords and does not allow users to select weak passwords.
Restrict access to the control panel
.1To restrict access to your control panel based on specific IP addresses, follow these steps:
.2From the "Access to Control Panel" drop-down menu, select "Only IP addresses from the list".
.3A new field will appear where you can enter the allowed IP addresses. You can enter:
A single IP address (e.g., 123.45.67.89).
A subnet mask (e.g., 123.45.67.0/24).
A range of addresses (e.g., 123.45.67.89-123.45.67.98).
.4Once you’ve entered the IP addresses, click the "Ok" button to save the settings.
This ensures that only the specified IP addresses will have access to the control panel.
Please note
If you make a mistake while entering the IP addresses and accidentally lock yourself out of the control panel, you may not be able to log in anymore. In such a situation, you will need to open a support ticket from your Illevante Cloud Client Portal to get assistance and resolve the issue.
Bind session to IP
After registering, a user will be assigned a unique session identifier. By default, this session can be used from any IP address. However, if you check the box to restrict access, the session will only be valid from the IP address that was used at the time the user obtained the session. This enhances security by ensuring that the session cannot be accessed from any other IP address.
Start page
Choose the page that you would like to be shown after you log in to the control panel. You can customize this setting based on your preferences, ensuring that the first page you see is the one most relevant to your tasks.
Rows per page
Specify the number of rows you would like to display on each page by default. This setting helps you control how much information is shown at once, allowing for a more organized and manageable view.
Number of records
Specify the maximum number of records to display in tables. Reducing this number can enhance performance and speed up table creation, resulting in a more efficient experience.
Toolbar view
Choose how you want the icons to appear on the toolbar: either as icons with accompanying text or as icons only.
Unsaved changes notification
Tick the box to receive a warning when you attempt to close a page with unsaved changes to any module settings.
