Hiding folders

In the Address Book, Calendar or Tasks app, you can hide certain personal, shared or public folders. The hidden folders will be displayed in a collective folder at the bottom of the folder view. The following functions are available:
  • hide single folders
  • display hidden folders again
How to hide a folder:
    In the folder view of the Calendar, Address Book or Tasks app, select the folder you want to hide.
    Click the Actions icon next to the folder name. Click on Hide.Note: If you select a folder that can not be hidden, this function will not be displayed.
How to display a hidden folder again:
    In the folder view of the Calendar, Address Book or Tasks app, respectively select one of the entries Hidden address books, Hidden calendars or Hidden lists The hidden folders will be displayed.
    Click the Actions icon next to a folder name. Click on View.
